QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or Electrical/Mechanical Technician (University or Technical High School graduation)
- Good Knowledge and experience on Energy infrastructure and power systems, high capacity Air Conditioners systems, cabling and layout planning at switch sites, system rooms and data centres
- Customer oriented, result oriented, emphatic, good relationship with customers, customer satisfaction oriented
- Team work, Speed-Care Balance, innovative, adaptable, Flexible working (night-weekends)
- Min 2-3 years similar experience
- Good English (at least Upper intermediate level)
- Mainly GSM/IT environment experience
- Experience at Telecom Operator /Shopping Mall , Factory or Plaza Facility & Infrastructure Management

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Technology Centres&Energy Systems Services Sn.Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Technology Centres&Energy Systems Services Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- To apply Technical Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations Processes and defined actions via operation maintenance Subcontractor according to SLA KPIs. (L2 level operation)
- To apply the layout allocations for Network/IT Equipment at sites
- To make a periodic system checks and test of all infrastructure equipment, support the independent audits
- To fulfil the commissioning and integration of new energy systems and cooling equipment.
- To update & report the electrical infrastructure layouts and drawings of MTX/DC rooms
- To warn and inform planning team in case of any capacity shortage and performance degradation at infrastructure equipment in details
- To follow up daily status of all infrastructure equipment in relation with Telecom and IT equipment
- To prepare weekly progress reports, energy infrastructure equipment reports.
- To assure the quality of installation and works to be as required in the specs and to be completed on schedule at MTX/DC Sites,
- To operate the MTX/DC environment without service outage
- To communicate closely and frequently with Internal/External Customer periodically at his/her site
- To monitor all alarms from infrastructure systems (7/24 basis)
- To take all essential preventive actions before fault occurrence
- To apply the immediate corrective action in order to restore the system
- To supervise the trouble shooting to be done by related vendor via MSP
- To report weekly the performance of each system
- To make technical introduction of Esentepe DC (English/Turkish)
- To provide technical data to tender documents
- To support and organize Customer activities after sales
- To supervise/accompany potential customer visits(English/Turkish)
- To ensure to work safely and in good health, and provide a safe place of work,
- To work in compliance with health & safety rules and policies, and to identify the risks related to the works/job
- To prevent/stop any unsafe works or acts
- To report all the accidents and occupational health problems of own, staff, team members or contractors, to HSE&W department
- To attend and make sure staff attends to the relevant health & safety trainings provided by Vodafone HSE&W department
- Responsible for noting and reporting any deviations from the VTAS’s security policy and report all suspected security and/or policy breaches to VTAS FRS Management
- Protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords , and accept accountability for individual user accounts by maintaining confidentiality
- Using the VTAS's computers for personal / private business is strongly discouraged
- Understand and comply with the VTAS’s Information security policies & procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Know and follow all instructions for controlling access to, and use of the VTAS ’s Information Systems
- Know and follow all instructions governing the secure handling of the VTAS’s information assets by maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability
- Be aware that some actions are expressly forbidden. Forbidden actions as below but not limited to :Installing, executing, downloading, uploading, or in any other way introducing third-party software onto VTAS computer equipment, or in any way changing, deleting, or reconfiguring the standard desktop without written authority (prior to the installation) from both Information Security department and Office IT department.
- Abuse of any special account privileges that may have been granted to that staff member.
