QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Experience on Monitoring and Event Management (ITIL)
- Associate or Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management Information Systems, Mathematical, Programming, Industrial and related Information Technologies.
- Coordination and organization ability, teamwork approach
- Intermediate or Good Unix knowledge
- Intermediate or Good Oracle Sql knowledge
- ITIL knowledge
- Monitorin & Event Mng Experience
- GSM network knowledge
- At Least intermediate in English
- At least 2 years experience..

- Change Management Responsibilities (Operating process of IT Change Management; Following up.)
- Problem Management Responsibilities (Recording the service outage and starting the process of post-mortem to find root causes. Following up.)
- Availability Management Responsibilities (Recording the service outage )
- Taking direct actions according to available procedure for alarms identified on IT Services and Systems
- Improving the priorities and the conditions of alarms approved by the service
- Taking necessary actions and informing to rectify the problems identified on IT Services and Systems Monitoring
