QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor of science in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in this field or similar commercial fields
- English: fluent
- Turkish: Native Language
- Teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent knowledge in working with ERP systems
- Able to perform under pressure and short timelines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to perform business analysis like forecasting, projections and trends
- Advanced Computer skills
- Good commercial and business sense
İŞ TANIMI
- Support the organization in developing and implementing advantaged GTM systems, with focus on improving sales productivity, time to sell and service frequency
- Responsible of creating (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) GTM KPIs reports to review and increase general sales productivity
- Partner with sales managers, trade marketing and logistics teams to implement an effective channel segmentation models
- Support the development of monthly and annually sales target plans by analyzing sales KPIs and volume trends
- Conduct time-motion studies to evaluate the need of resources, in an ongoing attempt to optimize sales and merchandizing
- To Manage the Cleanup, prepare and maintain master customer database, for creating new routes or conducting re-routing exercises across regions and channels, with alignment of channel managers and sales teams
- To Manage day-to-day administrative needs and troubleshooting of sales tools, handhelds, car printers, sales apps, across sales and merchandisers
- Work closely with the front liners and IT team in resolving all sales technology tools technical glitches
- Follow-up with all sales branches on monthly routing plans, by salesmen by customer, and uploading to system
- Manage the development of sales technology tools (Handheld devices), including installation of new applications, processes, and lift-and-shift best practices across markets, and partner with Sales, IT and Finance in purchasing of all sales technology solutions hardware and software
- Coordinate and support the commercial teams to ensure understanding and buy-in for effective implementation of initiatives
- Benchmark the capabilities and efficiency of relevant GTM models in the region, to build short and long terms GTM strategies
- Coordinate with HR and commercial managers on annual basis to set the manpower plan by channel by region
