Senior Logistics Specialist

• University degree preferably in Industrial/Management Engineering or Business Administration departments, MBA is a plus.
• More than 5 years of work experience is required– Logistics and retail experience is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (knowledge and experience on Excel Macro),
• Good reporting and presentation skills,
• Self-motivated, independent with a positive attitude,
• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement and driving innovative actual/future projects coordinatively with all related parties to build up clear & structural business plans,
• Weekly/ monthly data reconciliation of 3PLs and billing processes to be carried out on the system,
• Prepare briefs, presentations and reports for internal and external communication,
• Integration, communication and continuous improvement of Home delivery business,
• Following, reporting and developing systems to track & trace of Financial/Operational KPI’s,
• Negotiation of EDI integration with suppliers, ensuring the establishment of contacts with Germany HQ and the necessary tests,
• Show a clear understanding of processes and information systems and how technology can be implement to gain efficiencies,
• Support the operational team both in Home Delivery and PAXDC system business when needed.
