QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or similar discipline.
Good command of English
At least 6 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of fixed domain
Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong technical background of fixed line products, services and architecture
Information Technologies, Algorithms, Relational Databases, Object Oriented Technologies, Telecommunication Protocols
Strong understanding of software development process
Experience in applying design patterns.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Agile / Scrum understanding

İŞ TANIMI

Deliver end to end Solution Design based on high level business requirements
Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) information including effort estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and offer alternative solutions
Execute RFQ/RFIs when it’s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and/or services
Responsible for designing end to end solution and preparing design document by following the detailed procedures
Recommend innovative, optimum solutions with a maximum level of simplicity that meet customer requirements
Handshake with stakeholders on scope, deliverables and project timelines, coordinate and communicate with all impacted parties in IT delivery lifecycle.
Tracking development and test progress of project
Support user acceptance testing.
Support release management processes.
Provide technical consultancy for overall system architecture and contribute to detailed design of new products and services
Provide technical consultancy to product delivery and business teams to clarify and normalize business requirements during cost estimation phase and execution
