• To have a BS degree on Mechanical Engineering
• To have good command of written and spoken English (TOEFL 84+ ve IELTS 6,5+)
• To have a minimum 2 years of experience on assembly and integration of complex systems
• To have a knowledge on machine elements
• To be able to perform mechanical and structural design
• To be able to use NASTRAN/PATRAN or equivalent FEA software
• To be able to use engineering drawing tools such as Catia and Unigraphics
• To be able to prepare and execute procedures
• To be a good team member with strong communication skills
• To be able to complete the multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a good quality
• To have good motivation for working at day-night test shifts
• To be eligible for travel both inside and outside of country
• To be willing to develop himself by questioning, searching and analyzing the issues from all perspectives
• Free of military service obligation for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

Space Systems Assembly and Integration Engineer works for Space Systems Group Directorate of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TAI) The candidate will be responsible of all activities within the framework of satellite assembly and integration as listed but not limited to below:

• To perform the ground handling of sub-assemblies and satellites in Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) Center.
• To prepare and execute and the assembly and integration procedures
• To design fixtures, adaptors etc.
• To perform alignment measurements
