We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will directly reporting to National Accounts Manager. While reporting, the person will be full responsible from his/her own customers, by making the yearly agreement, achieving the targets inline with the budget and Ferrero Strategy. The person will also coordinate the operations with different departments in order to hit financial targets for the respective customer, as specified on the business plan.

The qualifications and responsibilities are mentioned below:

•   Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university
•   Min. 4 years experience in key account management
•   Fluency in English
•   Team player, flexible and result-oriented
•   Proactivity and strategic thinking
•   Skilled in sales competencies (Understanding, planning, selling&negotiating and managing)
•   Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
•   Good knowledge of sales channel & client culture
•   Experience in budget and p&l management

İŞ TANIMI

•  Develops customer specific (SMART) plans that cover overall strategy, specific goals (what will be achieved) and tactics ( how this will be achieved) for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution.
•  Makes the negotiations with national key accounts for yearly and periodic contracts.
•  Periodical visits to the customer to develop a trust based, mutually beneficial relationship at all appropriate points of interaction.
•  Builds an account budget and gains agreement to it, to deliver customer specific plans at the desired profitability.
•  Provides desired level of forecasting for company production planning

Preferred Candidate

4 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
