QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunication or information technology
Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in IP/MPLS area and relevant ITU standards
Theoretical and practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of IP/MPLS routers
Ability to learn effectively and quickly
Customer orientation
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change
Stress tolerance
Languages: English - fluent
 


İŞ TANIMI

Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure. This requires strong negotiation skills, an engineer troubleshoot background accompanied with thorough understanding of IP technology.
Perform Technical Support covering 24x7 network outage restoration
Work on-site if needed
Maintain interfaces with customer's technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer
Maintain and improve interfaces with technical personnel from other multi-regional groups and organizations involved with Technical Support (Customer Advocates, Welcome Center, Logistics, FLM, Product Houses, OEMs)

Preferred Candidate

2 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
