we are looking for a high calibre member to join us as 'Internal Control Supervisor' in our Head Office in Ataşehir within the following qualifications;

• Minimum University degree, ideally in business administration, finance, law or industrial engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the "Big 4" accounting/controlling environment
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in internal control and/or risk management
• Certified internal auditor degree is preferred,
• Reporting level of English both written and spoken
• Experience with regards to planning, testing, sampling and documentation is an asset
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Competency in data analysis techniques
• Has driving license and able to travel within our distribution region

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Financial Affairs Director, responsibilities of Internal Control Supervisor will be as follows:

• Steer the execution of a proactive, systematic and disciplined internal control approach in the company
• Analyze existing processes also design and implement internal control methodology in order to meet the needs of company
• Analyze the results of internal controls and take necessary actions to prevent failures,
• Ensure that the regulations, procedures and instructions of the company are properly applied in the operational and financial areas,
• Identify, measure and monitor all internal control points, to prepare the company's risk map by taking part in its functions
• Manage Internal Control Self-Assessment process, prepare action plans (where needed) and provide guidance to strengthen and reinforce the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control processes
• Work closely with group internal audit, external audit, finance and other functions, visits to ensure the alignment of risk and control activity
