QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Raffles Istanbul is located in the luxury award-winning Zorlu Center, at the intersection of Istanbul’s best connections. The development is perfectly positioned to experience this timeless place above the Bosphorus where high fashion, performance and art converge. Raffles Istanbul will have 180 rooms and suites, two signature restaurants and three bars, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a ballroom with a capacity of 1,200 people and a heliport. It will also be home to the signature Raffles Spa, which is set to be one of the largest spas in Istanbul. Qualifications:
- High school / University degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous service experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
- Professional & neat appearance, presentable personality.
İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently providing thoughtful, caring and sincere service
- Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Serving all food and beverage items for all assigned outlets/banquet meetings
- Having full knowledge of beverage lists
- Having full knowledge of all menu items being served
- Following outlet policies, procedures and service standards
