QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With a massive pipeline of new investments, our ambition is to become one of the top 10 container terminal operators over the next 10 years.
For our growing team, we are looking for bright, hardworking and enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a SeniorRecruitment Specialist to be based inYILPORT Holding Gebze Terminal.
NOTE: The first interview will be conducted via a digital platform called "HR Venue" (a video based online interview system). The candidates who have the desired qualifications will receive an invitation from the HR Venue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field (Master’s degree in HRM or Organizational Development is preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of intensive recruiting experience required (also experience in one of the following functions is an asset; performance management, training & development, organizational development or career planning)
- Advanced Level of English knowledge (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals from various countries, cultures and levels within an organization
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or İstanbul – Anatolian side
İŞ TANIMI
- Report to the HR Business Partner to coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for all blue-collar and white collar roles (placing advertisements online, reviewing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks etc.)
- Is responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy that aids in filling vacancies efficiently and with the best candidate via utilizing different mediums to recruit. i.e. Social media, industry networking, cold calling, and cooperation with the universities etc.
- Conduct face to face competency based interviews in English and Turkish,
- Is responsible for the overall candidate experience, and define a framework that ensures an excellent candidate and client experience at all phases of the relationship and process,
- Is responsible for closely tracking HR metrics and informing the immediate supervisor regularly
- Develop onboarding process and execution of orientation programs for new employees,(orientation packages, employee handbook, presentation etc.)
- Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization, (participating in the career days, sector days, sponsoring target events, organizing sites visits in the terminals)
- Assist in the execution of the project oriented internship program in a timely manner, (including cooperation with the universities and vocational schools etc.)
- Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization.
