•Experience in related field (5-7 years)
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Statistics, master degree is a plus
•Very good knowledge of analytical tool (SAS Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Coding, SPSS Modeler, SPSS Statistics)
•Very good knowledge of modelling techniques (propensity analysis, segmentation, time series..)
•Knowledge of a statistical language such as R or Python is a plus
•Project management and analytical thinking skills
•Multi-task management
•Experience in a large multinational company is a plus

We are seeking a Customer Analytics Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Campaign Management&Analytics Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
•Provide actionable and insightful recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses with the goals of: identifying acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.
•Expand effective reach, increase relevancy, and maximize revenue through data modeling and analysis
•Co-ordinate analytics projects in means of design, development, project management and deployment with related functions
•Provide consultancy to other teams in terms of customer analytics projects
•Develop and Design advance predictive analysis models using SAS/SPSS
•Collaborate and work closely with various Business, IT and Marketing teams
•Work with IT to integrate new technologies into workflows (ex: Hadoop)
