İŞ TANIMI

• Develop a training schedule to meet the identified needs and ensure consistency of approach across all stores.
• Apply their knowledge, and experience of the business to structure commercially focused training events or sequenced learning programmes that develop management skills, product knowledge and build brand identity.
• Carefully monitor and follow up the stores training needs and trainings as per the commercial priorities and yearly training plan.
• Creates and sends out the monthly training calendar to inform all the incumbents.
• Translation and publication of the brand / operations manuals

• Prepare all the new / updated training materials signed off or launched.
• Assists with the induction and training for new store openings; works with the Operations Manager to ensure quality standards are met; follows through on post store  openings to identify any immediate training needs and provides the appropriate training
• Planning store visits, observing sale behaviours on the sales floor and coach them by giving instant feedbacks.
