HR Performance & Career Management

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Information Management Systems, Engineering or similar disciplines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is considered an advantage
• At least 2-3 years relevant HR experience
• Analytical mind with strong planning skills, team work oriented and very good communication skills, esp. with management and HR Business Partners
• Experience in international projects and teams is an asset
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing the performance evaluation system for employees and managers (Goal agreement processes, individual development plans, integration rounds etc.)
• Following up changes in personnel data (newcomers, exits, replacements, appointments), consolidating the changes in MBT performance system, creating ad-hoc reports
• Cooperating with global HR CoC about procedural changes and handbooks on the performance system, implementing changes in MBT
• Consulting the HRBP at all performance, potential and career management topics; creating/implementing tools for HRBP & MBT
• Calculation of performance bonus and target salary points due to outputs of performance & potential evaluations
• Montly presentation of the performance management system to the newcomers in orientation program
• Developing new concepts for MBT talents and creating global/local solutions; implementation of global training programs locally, planning necessary training modules, consulting employees on the participation requirements 
• Preparation of presentations for board of management about succession plans, placements and appointments
