- High comminication skills at all levels
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance&rollout experience and subcontractor management
- Stakeholder management

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an East Anatolia Field Operations Senior Specialist-Erzurum with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to East Anatolia Maintanance of Vodafone Turkey.
- Managing Regional Maintenance&Rolluout Projects by plan, execute , monitor& control and conclude site roll-out in Region in accordance with the Yearly-Monthly Investment Plans and Goals.
- Coordinate site sharing activities in Region with other operators and inform & feedback Site Sharing Management.
- Direct various transmission projects and site revisions in Region RAN Network through subcontractor and stakeholder management
- Manage material flow of the projects; from Central Depos to the RegionalSolution Partner Depos and into the Network.
- Resolving issues, providing preventive mechanisms and improving work processes in all projects managed.
- Do re-work projects for existing sites
- Managing site deployment and acceptance processes
- Coordinating with Central Mainrtenance&Rollout Departmants according to Rollout project objectives & targets
- Preparing Risk Assessments and taking necessary actions for Maintenance&Rollout project
