Supply Chain Supervisor

• Degree in Business Administration, or related degree, with certification in supply chain, logistics, or other service area preferred
• 4-6 years of experience managing a supply chain operation that delivers humanitarian assistance
• Good command on Microsoft Office Applications, SAP,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Analytical, result-driven, collaborative, committed, team worker personality, ability to manage a high volume workload & deadlines
• Preferably no military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for import, export and local purchases of all group companies
• Obtain quotes from approved Vendors
• Raise Purchase Orders into SAP for Local & Foreign purchases
• Update & Maintain PO Tracker daily and distribute weekly
• Arrange payments and import permit applications
• Manage the process with custom agents for clearance of goods; providing import documentation
• Ensure shipments are cleared through customs and delivered to location in a timely manner
• Tendering goods and services as needed up to 250.000USD
• Arranging international and local transportation as needed
• Submit completed import files to AP for closure
• Attending vendor visit & meeting
• Providing new resources for tender packages
• Submit PO, Consumption, & Freight Cost Reports weekly
• Assist in Inventory Audits as needed.
