QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Vodafone is strongly committed to lead the digital transformation in the Turkish Market, where the company has been operating and investing heavily since 2006.
  • University degree preferable in Engineering (MBA degree is a plus) 
  • Experience in marketing field (3-6 years) 
  • Project management and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Familiar with BI reporting tools (Business Objects, etc..)   
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Multi-task management                                                      
  • Telecom sector experience is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus 
  • Ability to work under time pressure and delivers success 
  • Leading projects on her/ his own with building trust on others 
  • Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Base Marketing Senior Associate Manager – Consumer Postpaid  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Base Marketing Manager-Consumer Prepaid  of  Vodafone Turkey.
    
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Lead and drive all initiatives related with prepaid to postpaid migrations 
  • Analyse and identify prepaid to postpaid migration drivers 
  • Plan, interpret insights from market research, market situation, customer activity, debt collection performance, customer complaints, NPS and incorporate into action plan 
  • Develop & Track information reports & dashboards related to segment pre to post migrations 
  • Establishing effective governance forums to continuously improve related channel & segment pre to post migrations performance 

Preferred Candidate

3 - 6 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
