PRODUCTION ENGINEER – INSULATION & COMPONENTS

• University degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering,
• 2-3 years of production experience in manufacturing environment (Working experience in international company is an asset)
• Preferably experienced in machining processes and maintanence activities
• Knowledge on process analyses and improvement methods
• Knowledge on fixtures and tools is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD systems
• Familiarity with computer based systems; office applications and ERP
• Basic knowledge of Lean Production (TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, SMED etc.) and ability to use problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 4Q etc),
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work oriented,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing all methods and support for all production areas (line and layout planning, process planning, maintaining and modifying work instructions, workplace ergonomy studies etc)
• Supporting investment planning and purchasing of approved fixed assets, following up implementation of new investment projects,
• Assisting to the Workshops during special projects and supervising when needed,
• Reports, tracks and improves production related performance indicators,
• Organizing and following the maintenance work of the machines and equipments,
• Following Environmental and Operational Health and Safety issues regarding workshops
• Determining and providing auxilary and maitenance material needs of the workshops,
• Doing other related works which indicated by the management.
