Graduate from a reputable university with strong record of achievement
5+ years experience in comparable position preferably gained in large, multinational environment, telco environment and/or consulting company
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
Good presentation skills with ability to present complex details with simple, visual outputs
Ability to work with and understand both technical and business teams
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Strategic Vision& Business Awareness
Knowledge in reporting tools. Business Objects knowledge is preferred.
Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a BI Executive-Marketing&Finance with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to BI Manager-Marketing&Finance of Vodafone Turkey.

Develop system functionality, usability designs, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management duties through the managing, developing and delivering of business intelligence outputs and being the first point of contact for Business Intelligence within local company and with Group BI team.
Enable a single version of the truth through the provision of a structured Logical Data Model (LDM) focused on business needs and common data definitions.
Follow the new business intelligence technologies and provide implementation evaluating the profitability for Vodafone Turkey.
Providing end user trainings to assure common understanding & wide usage of report & business intelligence deliverables
Identify trends and variances where a “Deep-Dive” analysis is required.
Make the relevant analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities.
Recommend targets, benchmarks, leading indicators and industry best practices in the field.
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily company packs to analyse the performance. The performance packs are produced for both mobile and fixed. All packs are submitted to top line management.
Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
Work with PDT and IT in order to have an effective base for dashboards, scorecards and reports
Follow new BI technologies in order to provide more effective business results out of the data in the system
Follow VF Group and other Opcos’ major BI projects for best in class project implementations
Define and escalate business intelligence system upgrade needs to be able to provide new requirements from internal customers and external customers
Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities
Develop reports, dashboards/ score cards from business requirements for company-wide usage
Handle UAT and resolve issues during the developments on DWH
