• Good command of English

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring collection of old appliances from customers according to Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment regulation.
• Analyzing and solving Home Delivery problems.  Ensuring the coordination between Service, Sales Department and Forwarder Company, Ensuring coordination between forwarder and dealer, giving dealers information about the processes
• Stock Counting of Home Delivery Platforms
• Controls everyday Home Delivery KPI’s, informs and warns underscoring Home Delivery Platforms. Doing the necessary corrections of the KPI’s by contacting Call Center      
• Ensuring that all delivery notes and invoices are delivered to the dealers on time without any discrepancies
