QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience in related field (7+ years)
- 360 Marketing Plan Experience min 5 years
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Effectively cope with changing work environment
- Multi-task management
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
- Problem solving & decision making
- Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
- Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Network Communications & Strategy Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Marketing Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Manage the always best connected platform.
- Lead the technology board to strengthen the commercial RTB’s for network communication and competitive response.
- Understand market and customer needs along with upcoming trends via in depth marketing research
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for initiative development and launch process
- Lead and manage the agencies
- Work with media department for the media plan
- Ensure 360 marketing plan throughout the year.
- To create linked and liquid digital communicaiton campaign for Network Communications in digital and social media.
- Execute experiental marketing events and sponsorhips for network commmunication (together with the event & sposnorship teams) to touch target audience in daily life.
- Execute the 4G roadshow.
- Create trial events in “4G Experience Roadshow” in universities and corporate hospitality events
- To develop and enhance the quality of clutter based coverage & drive input from the commercial team for network investment and commercial strategy.
- Lead the annual 2G/3G network rollout investment plan preparation and recommendation.
- Present the annual network rollout investment plan in coverage board, investment board and senior level meetings.
