QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduated from engineering departments of universities
At least 5 years of experience
Experience in Campaign Management Solutions and Technologies
Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones
Experience in end-to-end performance tuning
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Good presentation and communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a CRM Solutions Design Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting CRM Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Review business requirements as a domain architect to perform impact analysis for responsible products and services
Provide technical consultancy to stakeholders about related technologies, products, service features and architectural design
Participates in the decision-making processes related to the selection of software architecture solutions
Participates in developing technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.
Deliver companywide technical solution design and detailed requirements with effective management of processes aligned with agreed budgets and company strategy.
Take Ownership of the end to end solution design. During whole project life cycle, interfere in case of any conflicts related with solution between relevant parties and ensure that all issues are addressed. Owns the overall solution blueprint and roadmap
Ensure that Solution Design will cover all business requirements, all domain impacts and integration points are addressed.
Accountable for the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices
