HSE COORDINATOR

Renaissance Heavy Industries

• University degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years working directly within the HSE career profession  (This period of time must have been within the oil& gas/construction discipline)
• Holding internationally recognized certificates Nebosh or equvelent Certificate,
• Familiarization with and assist in the interpretation of all local, national, and international laws,
• Excelent understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements,
• Good analytical skill,
• Good communication skill,
• Develops and maintains cooperation and teamwork while leading a group of people
• Must be willing to travel to project sites on a regular basis

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health and Safety elements of the company’s HSE Management System, and ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company’s HSE Policy and associated,
• Corporate and HQ Standards are achieved in all activities,
• Ensure that the company’s HSE Management System supports the delivery of Regulatory Compliance,
• Track, interpret and evaluate proposed and final safety/security related legislation/rules and determine impacts and compliance strategies,
• Develop audit programs and lead or participate in periodic reviews or audits of operating company compliance with safety and applicable regulatory requirements,
• Inform and advise management regarding compliance status and issues, potential risks and liabilities, accident/incident trend analyses, future impacts from new laws and rules, recommended actions and risk management strategy,
• Promoting our safety culture and leading programs to improve the Company's overall safety culture,
• Lead the Incident Investigation Team ,
• Have operational experience,
• Have a flexible approach and the ability to make decisions quickly,
• Be able to motivate and lead a team,
• Have experience with budgeting, reporting, and planning.
