İŞ TANIMI

• Collaborates with operations to resolve and escalate service failures.
• Reviews daily quality reports and creates quality improvement plans when necessary to ensure quality goals are met.
• Participates in regular review sessions to ensure Program Managers have visibility and updates of client initiatives and issues.
• Generates and analyzes reports to identify potential cost savings for customers.
• Works with Operations on identifying scope creep to implement process changes and improvements.
• Compiles consolidated performance scorecards to present customers with streamlined reports and data and to assist Program Managers with driving value solutions and customer service.
• Maintains customer relationships and servicing to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Interfaces with customers during service failures to maintain open communication and to address concerns.
• Determines root causes of service failures to ensure resolution and to decrease reoccurrences.
