PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree (Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer or Industrial Engineering is preferred)
• Minimum 5 years as a proven project manager
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing, planning, controlling and coordinating program/portfolio in Project Management Office
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification required
• Advanced project management skills; planning, organizing, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal/external customers, executives, and project team members
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience with Data Analytics and creating effective dashboards and tools to support business decisions
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in meeting with executive management
• MS Project, Primavera and MS Office knowledge is a must
• Must be able to travel nationally and internationally
• No military obligation for male candidate

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage assigned projects/programs from concept to delivery, defining timelines and budget breakdowns, using internal and external resources, and monitoring project status to ensure that schedules, budget and project goals are met and deliverables received
• Track and report on project portfolio against schedules and budgets and make recommendations for future programs
• Work with the IT organization and other stakeholders to develop, prioritize and execute the IT and business portfolio
• Evaluate and assess risk as part of the lifecycle analysis of portfolio components
• Develop, maintain and improve the Portfolio Management Office standards and procedures
• Implement best practices and sets strategic direction for portfolio governance
• Coach and train internal and external project management stakeholders
• Oversee the assigned portfolio which includes monitoring the status of active work, tracking the pipeline of planned work and analyzing/reporting on financials and trends
