What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (with a masters degree in finance/business administration)
* Very good knowledge of English (German shall be regarded as an asset)
* Understanding of cost accounting, managerial accounting and IFRS principles
* GAAP, IFRS, Tax knowledge
* SAP FI/CO knowledge is a significant asset
* “Commercial Expert/Principal” certification would be an asset
* At least 5 years of experience in reporting/planning/controlling issues, preferably in a factory setting
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
* Work proactively and demonstrate flexibility in approach to changing work priorities
* Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis, attention to details
* Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams in an international environment

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Energy Management Division, we are looking for a Factory & Special Projects Controlling Specialist to be located in Kartal (and later Gebze) Low-Voltage (LP) Factory.

What are my responsibilities?
* Management of complex projects with high exposure to various stakeholders (headquarters, other global factories and corporate departments)
* Controlling of outsourcing project of warehouse
* Controlling of outsourcing pre-production
* Participation in the process of factory relocation from Kartal to Gebze
* Active role in planned product- and production-related improvement projects
* Accrual calculation, alignment (with HR, IFRS, etc.)
* Product relocations from/to other factories globally, including intensive contact with factories in foreign countries and headquarter in Regensburg & Amberg
* Ad-hoc requests from factory management and liaison between factory and local/international stakeholders
* Handling of non-routine topics and participation in international and local initiatives

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
* No restrictions for traveling
