Recruitment Professional (Temporary)

BSH Home Appliances is searching for a temporary Recruitment Professional to be employed in Ümraniye with following qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments,
• Recruitment experience of 1 or 2 years,
• Excellent English knowledge,
• MS Office (especially excel) practice,
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility.

İŞ TANIMI

• Executing the cooperations with universities and vocational schools,
• Organizing Career Fairs and headhunt of potential students,
• Organizing the orientation program for new employees,
• Executing and following up new employee evaluation process,
• Executing Support Departments Project Student process and contributing to improvement of the process,
• Executing Generation BSH Career Efficieny Meeting organisation and contributing to improvement of the process,
• Contributing to composing of HR Recruitment and Sourcing Strategy.
