QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Extensive experience in Governance frameworks and best practices CoBIT, ITIL,Process Engineering etc.
Understanding of risk analysis, gap analysis and trending
Effective Negotiation, Conflict management and presentation skills
Experience in management level reporting
Able to monitor and manage progress of tasks
University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
Military service completed (for male candidates)
Very good command of English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Technology Governance Senior Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Technology Governance Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Providing monthly Telco Technology Trend Analysis to Technology Heads and CTO
Supporting on preparing and maintenance of Technology Strategy Document
Organizing periodic meetings with business Heads to understand their expectations from technology and presenting the results in the Core Tech. Direct Reports Meeting
Owning and Managing TQSA and Technology VGSM
Preparation/ alignment of all related parties for all of the CXO related technology meetings (Mini Investment and Investment Board)
Support on CTO PR or ICR related preparations
One Vodafone and Tech. Convention preparations
Support on managing CTO PD
Deliver cross-functional and cross-divisional improvement projects to implement agreed processes•

-VAS NFR and Design & implement new development process for Mobile Applications
Provide framework through which improvement objectives can be delivered
-Design fixed refund outcomes and present them on regular Steerco's ,
-Owning and managing successful operation of the Technology CAPEX approval process

Perform regular reviews, assessment and monitoring on the overall processes
Perform process based audits/assessments to increase process maturity within technology (Based on best practices ITIL, CobiT)
This role is accountable for representing Service Assurance in special projects/task forces & responsible for identifying the right resources to support these special projects

-Redesign of Vodafone Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Integration of Vodafone Net in to newly designed SDLC
Provide trainings to technology teams
( ITIL, CMMI)
