QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
English Home is one of the biggest home textile company in Turkey by offering easy accessibility to fashion and quality through approximately 240 stores domestically and via an online shopping option, and has now reached 60 international locations in 10 countries through its direct foreign investments with the goal of establishing itself as a global brand. In order to be appointed in English Home we are looking for a” Information Systems Project Manager” to join our team in İstanbul.
Qualifications
· University degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in Engineering/ Management / MIS
· At least 2 years experience of managing ERP deployment projects
· Exposure to full project life cycle
· Strong skills and expertise business transformation ERP projects
· Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology
· Proficiency in Project Management tools such as MS project
· MS office tools: including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and templates with analytical skill.
· Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
· Strong communication management skill to establish the good relationship to
key business stakeholders and project team members
· Collaborative negotiation skill to resolve the conflict
· Problem solving skill to improvement/transform the business process
The Project Manager is responsible for managing ERP project in Turkey from beginning to end and roll out in multi countries.
· Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business requirements
· Define project success criteria
· Determine and assess need for internal and external resources
· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
· Track project milestones and deliverables
· Prepare progress reports and manage project expectations with stakeholders

· Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope
change process to validate out of scope requirements and address budget and timeline

· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
