GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- University degree (MBA degree is a plus)
- Experience in marketing field ( 1+ years)
- Retention, churn and up/cross sell activities is a plus
- Project management and strong analytical thinking skills
- Familiar with BI reporting tools (Business Objects, etc..)
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Multi-task management
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Telecom sector experience is a plus
- Proactive

İŞ TANIMI
- Lead the Prepaid Upsell Programme across aiming to maximise the prepaid value and achieve abone market ARPU performance in order to contribute to the revenue growth of Vodafone Turkey.
- Interpret prepaid monetisation strategy into actionable programmes of activity for each channel and set volume and value targets by channel
- Design and enrich new tracks contributing to value increase (incl 4.5G upsell) with a structured upsell matrix, prepare BTL offers for the tracks, ensure flawless operationalization and make necessary changes when necessary
- Lead the base management plan of Enjoy More
- Drive the BTL Direct Marketing plan: Prepare the base marketing activities schedule / calendar in a consolidated plan, with all planned customer initiatives and activities for 3-5 year strategic, yearly and monthly plans and ensure the delivery of the plans on time
- Define Lifecycle Framework and plan the actions in lifecycle stages, make the Business analysis with Finance and other parties, ensure revenue and churn impacts and cooperate with relevant parties
- Align and prioritize the activities in accordance with the commercial benefit, strategic priorities and customer experience impact of the proposed activities and changes
- Support all segments for activity stimulation and retention activities across all channels.
- Prepare and track promo and loyalty roadmap, including BTL and ATL campaigns
- Define the rules for optimization of channels and define the right channel for each offer/product
- Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships. I.e. Segments, IT and Channel owners
