QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduate from bachelor’s degree preferably from Computer Education & Instructional Technologies department of reputable universities
- Good command of English
- At least 5 year experience
- Strategic Perspective
- Analytical Thinking
- General interest in learning technologies, ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience working independently, as well as within cross-functional teams, in a collaborative, professional environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to exercise initiative
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks confirming to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Learning Technologies Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Capability, of Vodafone Turkey.
- Responsible for all learning technologies and dijital learning strategies of the Company with a particular focus on collaborative partnerships
- Becoming an expert in all pieces of the L&D tools and platforms
- Working collaboratively with Group L&D team and analysing global L&D Strategy to contribute and implement locally
- Supporting the administration of the Company’s learning management system (LMS)
- Taking a proactive role in providing technology-enhanced learning support for the employees in accordance with global L&D strategies
- Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and/or escalating general LMS operational issues; Providing support to both L&D Team and end users,
- Helping to create, support, and improve department processes and procedures;
- Creating and managing registration of courses in the LMS, both online and live classroom sessions;
- Managing, delivering, updating and maintaining online courses and programs
- Coordinating with vendors, subject matter experts and other team members to implement new courses and applications, including quality assurance of e-learning content and course configuration
- Running, scheduling, and distributing reports pulled from the LMS and leading L&D quarterly L&D reporting process
- Developing strategies and provide support and training on existing and emerging learning platforms, practices, and technologies
- Transforming technical processes and procedures into clear written and visual job aids
- Researching and recommending instructional technologies to enhance the online learning experience in the organization
