Technical Customer Service Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Newly graduate or minimum 2 years of technical service or technical sales experience.
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing ; German and Arabic knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relations skills and sales ability
• Result oriented and self motivating
• Excellent team player
• Flexible for travelling within Turkey
• Applicants must have valid driving license
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Communicating with customers in Turkey region and promoting the related products, assisting sales in the responsible area
• Make regular customer visits personally or with sales team to support and train 
• Assist Sales Department for Capris projects to increase business and handle opportunities
• Make the new product trials with customers
• Contact with technical associates in region countries if deemed necessary for know-how, new developments and trainings and teach them to local sales team as well as distributors and customers
