We are seeking a Mediterranean BCO Management Specialist   with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Maintanance Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

•Accountable for the Mediterranean region MSP’s management according to the agreed SLA’s

Monitor and manage RAN Transmission faults
Escalate the unsolved faults even TT and/or WOR has already opened if the duration exceeds the defined limits in SLA.
Ensure that BCM  risks are assessed and mitigated  so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR  Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
•Ensure MSP and Network availability KPI’s 
•Ensure customer satisfaction
•Ensure Cooperation with all departmants in the region or other regions and central departmants for signing to successfull projects.
•Ensure site inventory and update.
•Ensure the performing and controlling of periodical maintenance activities via BCOs
•Strong co-operation with NOC team for 7x24 service quality
•Ensure all operation in the Region including 3rd party staff in line with the Security and Health & Safety guidelines of VF 
•Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)
•Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans
