* Knowledge in SAP, IFRS

* Solid professional judgment and problem solving competence.
* People Management experience.
* Excellent command of English and/or German.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Building Technologies Division in Kartal, we are looking for a Sales and Service Group Commercial Manager who will work in Service and Solution Business Unit. This role will be responsible for transparent management and reporting of business in line with business targets and also commercial lead of Project ad Service Sales Unit in BT, assuring correct, reliable and transparent offering and contracting of projects. The candidate will be also responsible for Service business on commercial side in line with Business Units’ and Division’s targets.
What are my responsibilities?
* Preparing offers, presales activities, performing commercial, administrative and financial duties collaborating with the Sales and Service groups and processing the related tools.
* Monitoring of the order intake targets, costs of Sales Group, sales commercial issues for the business. * Leading LoA activities for Sales and Service Managing Service Group with regards to Commercial issues such as Planning, Controlling, Sales activities, Partner Management.
* Coordinating and monitoring of the yearly Business Target Agreements (BTA's) with related group responsibles in coordination with the sales group.
* Contract management - Ensuring that company interests are considered in subcontractor and customer contracts.
* Managing of the detailed planning and monitoring business volume, sales and administrative costs, balance sheet positions in SAP -Coordinating of the preparation for monthly and quarterly BU reports (Report for Volume, SG&A, Profit, Balance Sheet, Sales Profitability, ICB, HQ), analysing the deviations between the actual and plan values.
* Managing of the monthly closing transaction (preparation of the accounting documents,realise of the cost transfer between divisions (ICB), preparation of the monthly commentary to the HQ and regional management).
* Governs the financial management of the BU including the responsibility for BTA's, P&L, asset management among others.
* Has budgetary planning authority for the BU. Sets rules and guidelines in dedicated area. Targets covering the year ahead, but with an understanding of longer-term strategy.
* Analyzes general business and sets up and prioritizes targets, and determines courses of action, while constantly monitoring and adhering to budgets and resources given. Selects from among clear policies, principles and technical solutions to address differing and variable situations.
