QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- BSc degree in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering
- At least 4 years experience on CS Core and Roaming Domain.
- Monitor the availability of roaming signalling links and fix the problem in case unavailability is below the threshold value
- Good understanding of the key major vendor’s equipment Starhome and Mobileum.
- SS7/CAMEL/SIP/Diameter Protocols, Linux and SQL knowledge acceptable.
- Preferably have knowledge of VoLTE solution.
- Preferably have knowledge of Textronix and SIGOS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills
- Good team player skills
- Supply high concentration and attention.
- Ability to work in shift environment
- Have no restriction to work in 7/24 time based
- Flexible working times and can work shifts
- Self motivated and team player
- Experience providing support to customers
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Military services completed for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- To perform Roaming Services 7/24.
- To maintain the relationships with operators
- To perform planned maintenance works.
- To make Hardware and Software connections between roaming equipments and core networks
- Analyse all Live Roaming Partners latest IR21s and update VF TR network nodes wherever it’s necessary.
- Writing of Work orders for new Service Opening/Testing and for IR21 updates to CS and PS teams and making sure the entire network is up to date without any issues.
- Trouble shooting of live subscribers, roaming networks and VIP incidents by taking traces using various tools.
- Work closely with Commercial and Vodafone Roaming Service (Luxembourg) to ensure the revenue is sustained / increased with no degradation to service quality.
- All Group Remedy tickets and Roaming Inbox are resolved within SLA.
- Provide technical assistance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.
- Assist other first line teams to ensuring that they are equipped to provide effective roaming support via basic guidance, training, presentation.
- Assist Corporate Security with International and Roaming fraud investigation to prevent revenue loss Governance of partners and holding them accountable against the SLAs/ KPIs.
- Drive improvements to the inbound / outbound Roaming services to increase customer satisfaction and increase revenue, introducing innovative solutions.
- Service Opening of Volte Roaming, when VF TR supports with Roaming partners.
- Analyse performance trends and follow appropriate action required to protect KPI’s Deliver new 2G/3G/4G service openings
- Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
