QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Corporate sales experience in a largescale global firm
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Experience in multiproduct and cross sales
- Analytical, preferably prior experience with Sales Up (Microsoft Dynamics), Qlickview or similar software; ability to prepare reports and analyses
- Results-oriented; ability to analyze client needs and provide satisfactory solutions
- Hunting and farming experience
- An agile multi-tasker
- Good command of English
- Based or able to relocate to Bursa
- Ability to travel

The Bursa Assistant Sales Regional Manager will directly report to the North Sales Coordinator and oversee Balıkesir (Home office) and Eskişehir (Home office) regions.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Analyze customer needs and determine the regions’ sales strategies accordingly
- Identify, execute and develop key business building opportunities, while balancing these elements in a manner that will ensure a sustainable, profitable business model for both Multinet Up and its customers
- Plan the daily visit schedule and customer assignment of the team and ensure that they are taking responsibility in accordance with the company rules and regulations
- Performance management for the team is essential; co-create their career plans and help them develop their interpersonal skills to relate to customers more effectively
- Manage the planning, execution and efficiency of sales campaigns
- Organize and attend client visits; build presentations and timely reviews
- Analyze and develop our customer loyalty programs
- Help constructing budget and operating plans with key functional counter-parts to layout a roadmap for future growth opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products & services at the agreed upon time and price
- Manage an effective communication process between multiple parties to maximize the execution of all promotions and programs
