• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• Experience managing internal recruiters and multiple outside recruiting agencies,
• Minimum 5+ years full cycle talent acquisition or related HR field experience is required,
• Experience on the executive search is preferred,
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching programs that drive business results,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong Microsoft application know-how is preferred,
• Strong attention to detail and project management and time management skills and highly organized,
• Strong business acumen, including knowledge of business operations and financial and analytical reporting a plus.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop short and long term recruiting strategy to support business lines with a clear understanding of the business to drive the team toward execution of a successful recruiting strategy in order to meet business goals,
• Build local talent acquisition infrastructure in terms of policies and procedures,
• Influence workforce planning to meet short and long term talent needs through demonstration of labor market expertise and knowledge of trends,
• Development and management of relationships with staffing partners, social media/job boards and recruiting firms,
• Identification and cultivation of partnerships with universities and professional organizations,
• Create and maintain campus recruiting program including co-op/intern/apprentice program to support the organization’s talent acquisition and pipeline strategy,
• Lead effective talent selection initiatives by developing and implementing organizational programs and training for managers, HR Managers and Recruiters including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation and selection methodologies,
• Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment metrics,
• Establish priorities/goals and acquisition plans for talent acquisition staff,
• Oversee the requisition approval process; work closely with finance and hiring managers to ensure all positions are properly budgeted and approved,
• Contribute to the design and evolution of leading edge recruiting tools and processes for sourcing, assessment and onboarding,
• Develop best-in-class talent acquisition strategies, methods, referrals, direct sourcing and social media strategy,
• Build robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted universities, companies, regions and technical communities,
• Plan, organize and control the day-to-day operations of the employment branding tasks; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budget responsibility and authority,
• Manage the Talent Acquisition social media and digital media strategy & content through various channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, careers website and other online spaces,
• Create and maintain employer brand content and marketing materials, including: employee/candidate value proposition messaging, careers website and social media content, video & photography and recruitment ad templates.
