QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for “INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB, in Istanbul with below qualifications;
· Drive the optimization of the internal control framework
· Apply SOX-Vision defined for ABB
· Assess and support Process Owners to have sustainable SOX compliance at any time
· Monitor and follow up of changes in business processes and ERP systems and assess possible impact on control framework
· Be involved in changes in business processes and ERP systems to ensure internal control aspects are covered
· Supervise and support Process Owners for their process changes and implementation of standard control sets
· Rationalize process level controls to increase efficiency and effectiveness
· Assess process level controls regarding mitigation of risks
· Provide solutions for new Entity Level Control/Process Level Control processes announced by HQ
· Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise annual SOX testing
· Act as Testing Manager to supervise and review testing of Operational Effectiveness Assessors
· Train local Operational Effectiveness Assessors for certification
· Manage and monitor the remediation process
· Perform in-depth analysis in order to assess the materiality of deficiencies
· Follow up country issues in the Group Function-Internal Control monitoring tool and deficiencies in Group SOX Tool
· Regularly report on internal control both Country CFO and Regional Group Function-Internal Control Manager
· Provide information and updates to Regional Group Function-Internal Control Manager and HQ
· Monitor and organize quarterly Assurance which includes; Early Warning Questionnaire, Control Performance Confirmation Program CPCP) , Final Questionnaire, 10 Commandments
· Monitor Entity Level Controls (ELC) and support Control Owners (CEO, CFO, Compliance Officer, HR Director)
· Monitor entries of Process Owners into the Group SOX Tool
· Supervise and train users for Group SOX Tool and MoTo about the tools
· Contact to external/internal audit related to internal control
· Assess Internal Audit reports with internal control point of view and create deficiency or MoTo issue where needed

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration etc. (MBA in corporate and financial affairs preffered),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal control roles of increasing responsibility in multinational companies,
- Very good command of written and spoken English,
- Use ERP's and IS Systems,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Team working, communicate effectively, customer oriented,
- Analytical thinking, strategy and result oriented and self-motivated,
- Completed military service for male applicants.
