• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lean production and MTM methodology,
• Having experience in project management,
• Knowledge of MTM analysis (Methods-Time-Measurement) also Lean Management,
• Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik A.Ş. is looking for an Engineer – Industrial Engineering who will work for Tumble Dryer and Electric Motors Directorate.

• Using MTM methodology for optimum workforce to be used for production,
• Adaptation of operations to production tempos,
• To define standard worker amount according to tempo and processes,
• Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands,
• Production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
• Adapt new production technologies to operations,
• Performing time etudes for subcontractors.
