System Specialist

• University degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration,
• Experience and good knowledge for; TCP /IP, Internet, Servers (Wintel), Storage systems, back up, data replication, virtualization, disaster recovery.
• Hands on experience of designing and implementation of projects,
• Experience of system monitoring, problem resolution, root cause analysis,
• Able to work with tight deadlines in a multinational environment,
• Effective communication skills with all layers including vendors,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
• 'Can do" approach as well as carrying team player skills,
• Compliance with policy and procedures,
• Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
• Reside in Anatolian side of İstanbul, Kocaeli and /or Gemlik-Bursa.

İŞ TANIMI

• Implementation of system projects (Server – Storage ) for local and international ports.
• Monitoring of systems. Identify and fix problems and capacity issues.
• Root cause analysis of the problems and create action plans for the permanent solutions.
• Developing solutions for the operational excellence with reduced costs.
• Co-operate with other IT teams and vendors to create the optimum solutions while preparing technical designs for the projects.
• Asset, License, Configuration and Resource Management for his/her own area.
• Documentation of procedures and producing regular reports for the systems.
