CYBER SECURITY SPECIALIST

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent disciplines,
• Minimum 3 years of administering and supporting Windows or Linux based operating systems,
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills,
• Experience working with  IDS & IPS Technologies,
• Experience with trouble ticketing and change management tools,
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Bash, Perl, Python, etc),
• Knowledge of malware families and network attack vectors,
• Knowledge of Network Concepts,
• Ability to work in and constructively contribute to team work environment and meet stringent deadlines,
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task,
• Attention to detail and document completed work,

Cyber Security personnel duties include (but are not limited to):

• Provide detection and response to security events within the Garanti Bank,
• Perform IDS/IPS management and operations,
• Perform Sandbox management and operations,
• Perform Mobile and Endpoint Security management and operations,
• Perform Data Leakage and Classification management and operations,
• Ability to identify risks and recommend solutions for network and endpoint security,
• Maintaining information security metrics,
• Should understand networking technologies, such as DNS, TCP/IP, Routing,
