  • Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences, economics or business
  • Experience in related field (2+ years)
  • Telecom sector experience (preferred), or banking & business consultancy experience
  • Track record of successful product development, product management & project management
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field
  • Has managed implementation of cross-functional initiatives & projects
  • Has innovative mindset      
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Postpaid Products Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Prepaid&Roaming Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Filter all insight from business results, research, competition, customer channels, social media, benchmarks
  • Come up with innovative ideas & recommendations in alignment with VGSM and capabilities of the organization
  • Support  defining innovative postpaid products and services in consumer segments that are in line with corporate pricing and brand strategies to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Preparedraft design of product/initiative
  • Get input from other teams to conceptualize the idea - work with segment, other product teams, PDT & IT, regulation, legal, fraud, sales, payment information  and customer channels
  • Co-present at MOPS for approval 
  • Finalize design, share with PDT via required templates
  • Participate in prioritization meetings
  • Write RECO for product lead initiatives and follow –up the financials
  • Follow-up all postpaid related initiatives & RECOs
  • Manage postpaid long term & short term product roadmap
  • Ensure product readiness at launch date with designed customer experience
  • Perform user acceptance tests before initiative delivery
  • Prepare documentation for VF global if/when necessary
  • Prepare ad-hoc & regular reports and follow-up KPIs. 
  • Find innovative product ideas & lead their prioritization & execution
  • Know IT capabilities in order to support capability-lead innovation
  • Ensure seamless customer experience on Genesis platform
  • Filter all insight about live products from business results, research, customer channels, social media
  • Analyze postpaid tariff NPS & improve postpaid NPS
  • Identify issues & come up with ideas proactively to develop & manage existing products
  • o Prepare draft design of product/initiative
  • o Get input from other teams to conceptualize the idea - work with segment, other product teams, PDT & IT, regulation, legal, fraud, sales, payment information  and customer channels
  • o Co-present at MOPS for approval 
  • o Finalize design, share with PDT
  • o Participate in prioritization meetings
  • o Write RECO and follow –up the financials
  • Prepare ad-hoc & regular reports on current products and follow-up KPIs.
  • Simplify current portfolio in order to achieve product management efficiency, increase customer satisfaction & NPS, decrease call center calls.
