QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- At least 2 years experienced in IT Operations, including helpdesk 2nd Level Support
- Experienced in Windows server maintenance, T-SQL and software algorithm approach
- Past experiences with ITIL Service Operation Processes is a must, Cobit framework knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows server/client operating systems, PC hardware and local area networking
- Good command of English - Russian or Arabic is a plus
- Good knowledge of ERP & Retail solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Axapta
- Preferably MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) certified
- Retail market and project implementation practice experiences will be a plus
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Wiling to travel (Local/Abroad) and work in a multinational environment
- Good troubleshooting and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts with flexible working hours
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Have duty in International Store Openings as responsible within scope of all IT systems hardware & software installations.
- Maintain and support point of sale and back office systems as needed until all systems are stabilized after a store opening and till handover to IT Support Teams is completed.
- Support new store openings, functionality enhancements and upgrades from remotely as needed.
- Configure and maintain computers, POS peripherals, handheld terminals and networking equipment in retail stores
- Provide first level support to customers’ requests
- Perform diagnostics of customer issues & issues in integration systems.
- Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting over the phone with customer contacts.
- Refer customer issues to upper level support when necessary
- On site diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware or software as necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation of all calls handled.
- Perform follow-up call-backs with customers
- Keep up-to-date on all International IT Operation processes and troubleshooting procedures
- Train Local IT responsible in countries as needed
