BID AND CONTRACTS SENIOR SPECIALIST

TAV Information Technologies Co.

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer, Telecommunication, Electronics or Industrial Engineering is preferred)
• 5 years of business experience in IT, Aviation or Telco industries
• Bid and contract management experience at least for 3 years
• Very good command of English is crucial
• Technical knowledge for IT is crucial, plus Aviation or Telco systems is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
• Problem solving & decision making skills
• Negotiation skill is an asset
• Master’s degree, MBA degree and PMP Certification will be an asset 

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzing tender documents, evaluating the scope in accordance with the products/solutions of TAV IT
• Structuring the Cost breakdown and the managing submittal process for the relevant tender scope
• Orchestrating and leading internal departments (finance, technical, legal, accounting, vendor relations, managerial etc.) throughout the tender submission process
• Consolidating and validating commercial and technical scope of different internal business divisions in-line with the company strategy while fulfilling customer needs and requirements
• Maintaining strategy and approval meetings with bid team in both commercial and technical aspects
• Raising flag for showstopper and deal breaker items in tender requirements and escalating issues to upper management whenever necessary.
• Managing and highlighting the risk factors and assumptions considered during tender process
• Managing and leading contract process for the awarded tenders both with the suppliers and customer in coordination with all the stakeholders such as internal departments, confronting contractual parties
• Negotiating technical & commercial terms with customer side by side with the account management
• Planning, management and control of bid activities and submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
• Deciding timelines and responsibilities
