• Engineering degree is an asset,
• Minimum  eight years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, automotive sector experience is an asset,
• Practical experience applying Lean and/ or Six Sigma ,
• Being able to work with multinational teams, 
• Having strong relationship skills and natural authority in leading teams,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Experienced user of MS Office applications,
• Being able to travel across the countries.

İŞ TANIMI

• Drive the implementation of the role out of Lean in the production unit,
• Be the Lean Ambassador in the production unit,
• Coaching and training employees and managers in Lean thinking and methodologies,
• Being responsible for Lean projects across the plant,
• Facilitating Kaizen projects,
• Maintain and support the development of current Production System,
• Using lean tools effectively,
• Ensuring knowledge sharing and use of best practice global and across the plant.
