QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Productivity & Performance Engineer to be employed in Material Warehouse Department in Çerkezköy with the following qualifications;
· University degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related engineers,
· 1-3 years experience in related field,
· Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preffered,
· Fluency in English is a must,
· Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities, time studies and work measurement,
· Very strong communication and interpersonal skills,
· Attention to details,
· Action/result and team oriented,
· Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.
İŞ TANIMI
This person will be responsible for;
· Identifies and evaluates improvements in methods & processes that helps increase in productivity and decreasing operational cost,
· Plans yearly, quarterly and monthly resources in material warehouse like headcount, equipment, space and etc.
· Monitors and ensures facility KPIs which are met in timely and cost effective manner to ensure the profitability and productivity of the material warehouse,
· Reports daily KPIs of the material warehouse,
· Performing warehouse layout improvements according to BSH strategies,
· Ensures that our service level meets and exceeds the customer’s expectation,
· Ensures the lean philosophy is implemented to the material warehouse operations,
