• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• At least six years of total work experience
• At least two years of experience in accelerator/incubation programs or venture capital firms
• Strong analytical thinking and judgement skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Evaluation of program applications and selection of startups for the program
• Identification of needs and requirements of the startups, coaching them through feedback and guidance, and providing necessary support
• Following up the startups’ work and progress throughout the program
• Planning and organization of startup trainings
• Planning and organization of mentorship sessions with external and internal mentors
• Identifying potential business opportunities for Türk Telekom based on partnerships with the startups
• Management of partnership process between Türk Telekom and the startups
• Planning and execution of activities to promote the program
• Working in coordination with internal teams for PR activities; planning and organization of program events; and managing program website, social media accounts and program blog
