QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering,
8-10 years of work experience in Mobile Network RF Optimization with Expert level skills
Good knowledge of Multi-vendor networks with 2G/3G/4G/SRAN features and parameters.
LTE and HSPA+ experience is a must.
Having PS/CS Core Network experience is an advantage
Must have experience with following tools: Atoll planning tool, MapInfo, ACTIX analyzer, Automatic frequency planning tools (Teoco Ultima Forte), Huawei Nastar/Discovery, Tektronix Netscout GEOProbe & IRIS(G10), Nokia TRAFFICA, Network Analytics, Performance Management tools and Drive Test Tools.
Good knowledge of Huawei Equipment, features and parameters.
Strong Analytical thinking and presentation skills and deliver expectations on time.
Self-motivated and customer centric
Ability to participate in and facilitate VF Group Meetings & Projects
Enthusiastic team player, needs to communicate with other Departments
Must be willing to learn New Technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent presentation skills
Must be able to travel in country & internationally

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Network Optimization Senior Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Network Optimization Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Ensure radio network optimization as Senior Expert level with background of 2G/3G/4G Radio technologies inline with other departments.
Ensure Network level parameter optimization and default parameter sets for 2G/3G/4G Radio Technologies.
Provide best practice guidelines and procedures for 2G/3G/4G to standardize optimization related processes to improve the team’s efficiency
Determine network-wide optimization activities via using relevant optimization tools and prepare procedures accordingly.
Provide advice and support for special projects.
Deliver support to the regional team members on optimization related activities.
Ensure on achieving KPI Targets and Customer Experience performance improvements.
Provide support for Corporate/VIP customer case analysis via using Signalling & Optimization tools.
Ensure the 2G/3G/4G resource relocations according to traffic and service requirements obtained from continuous network analysis process
Perform trials with 2G & 3G & 4G New software Release and Software features and provide support during the implementation to Network wide.
Troubleshoot and Optimize the Network Performance from an End to End perspective, identifying potential issues, congestion, network parameters tuning and customer complaints.
