• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Public Administration
• Good command of accounting and legislation
• Familiar with International GAAP and Turkish Accounting Standards
• 4 Years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Audit is an asset 
• Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
• Preferably having occupational certificates, such as SMMM, CPA and/or CMA
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs
• Meticulous about documentation and archiving
• Ability to travel
• Strong communication skills
• Male candidates should have completed military obligations

İŞ TANIMI

• Controlling the financial closing of International Affiliate Companies & Subsidiaries, auditing the integrity and correctness of financial records, providing the necessary corrections to be made, together with Country Accounting Unit
• Gathering the financial data from International Affiliate Companies & Subsidiaries, in an analysis oriented manner, controlling the monthly planned and actual reports for the balance, income statement and cash flow
• Constitution of the archiving system for International Affiliate Companies & Subsidiaries
• Making research on the fiscal regulations demanded by the Headquarter financial administrators, and creating reports out of that research
• Coordination of the recognition of the counts that are coordinated by the Headquarter, providing support using Headquarter's reporting
• Providing support to Headquarter's treasury operations, controlling the payment approvals
• Providing necessary information, document and data flow, by ensuring coordination with Independent Audit and Full Certification Companies
• Controlling the Monthly/Periodical account reconciliation with all the cooperated companies, supporting the intercompany running account reconciliation
• Ensuring coordination with Headquarter departments, required for providing support about the technical problems experienced by the countries 
• Supporting the constitution of Contract Management System and its infrastructure
• Giving assistance to the conduct of risk based audit activities, by making on-field controls in line with countries' financial status, legislations, company procedures, directives and instructions
