IT Business Applications Expert - ERP (SAP)

• Completion of 4 year degree preferably from prominent engineering, information technology universities
• Minimum of 2-4 years IT experience including application support, preferably in the areas of SAP FI, CO and/or SD, MM
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and quality practices.
• Ability to achieve results by overcoming conflicts through relationships, partnering, and collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to organize, modify and manage processes.
• Presentation and interpersonal skills.  Ability to successfully multitask simultaneous operational, staffing, and project activities.
• High capabilities to integrate relevant cross functional, cultural, and international aspects into thoughts and actions
• Knowledge and understanding of the relevant business processes
• Competencies and knowledge about the local culture/conditions
• Local language skills, very good skills in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Act as the expert of SAP and related systems with in-depth knowledge of the business processes
• Provide second level support to the systems by performing diagnosis of the incidents and interfacing with global partners and local vendors
• Monitor SLA fulfillment, regularly assess customer satisfaction and ensure reliable delivery of application services pertaining to the systems under his/her responsibility
• Provide subject matter expertise on availability and feasibility on implementation of changes on the systems,  collaborate with global IT teams to implement those changes.
• Partner with local IT functions and global teams in projects related to the systems under responsibility
• Ensure compliance of applications in terms of IT standards and guidelines
